Connect your Telegram bot
Create a bot with BotFather and connect it.
- In Telegram, open @BotFather and send /newbot. Choose a name and a username ending in "bot".
- BotFather replies with a token. Copy it.
- In the dashboard, open Channels → Connect a Telegram bot, choose the agent and paste the token. We check it and connect the bot.
- Send your bot a message to test it. The first time, customers see a short privacy notice before the answer.
If you ever reset the token in BotFather, connect the new one here; the old one stops working at once.
