Getting started
From sign-up to your first answered customer.
- Create your account, then tell us your business name and industry. Setting up is free: your free trial has not started yet.
- Add your knowledge: your website, documents, or questions and answers you type in. The assistant only answers from what you give it.
- Check the assistant's name, the languages it answers in and how formal it should be.
- Connect a channel: your Telegram bot, the chat window on your website, or both.
- Ask it some test questions, check how a customer is handed to your team, then launch. Your free trial starts when the assistant goes live. The setup page on your dashboard shows what is left.
